I'm trying to locate any birth record of Israel Frank Miller (a.k.a. - Frank Miller) being born in Victoria, Annapolis County in 1864 +/-. Israel is the son of Israel L. Miller and Mary E. (Cousins) Miller. Israel L. Miller is thought to have also been born in Victoria 1829 +/-. 1881 Census records indicated that they were Canadian Methodist. Any and all information on either Israel's would be greatly appreciated..
