Hi, I need help. Can anybody tell me where I can find the 6 months return for scholars attending school in District # 4 of the Parish of Blissfield , Northumberland County dated June 10,1840 . There were 34 students attending and my gr.grandfather MOSES ESTEY WEAVER was one of them . This is the only record I know of which would state his approximate year of birth and of course it is the only "official" record I need now !
