To save you some typing, I will add from Samuel Boone's will dated February 26, 1827, proved March 16, 1830 (from R. Wallace Hale). "..Son Roger Boone and daughter Nancy Boone residue of estate. Roger's portion to be divided at his death between Samuel Havens and Benedict Boone. Henry Boone sole executor." Benedict's position here is ambivalent: close but not so close, wouldn't you say? J
