Their firstborn was Alexander Donald b.1882/3 His nickname was "Sandy"; this clan was notorious for nicknames. Sandy's second child was Annie May, born 1907, she married Alonzo "Tot" Sparkes. My mother in law said she was a great camp cook. I have a picture of Sandy and son in law Tot in Campbell settlement with a team of horses. Sandy would bring horses into Stanley by rail car from the west and could gentle them when no one else could. My mother in law has some great stories about them all, and they all had nicknames. Sandy's 5th child, Scott Neill, was my father in law (1917-1987). My mother in law Thelma is 82. Scott's sister Bessie is still alive today, and is 94. Sandy lived with my in laws until he died in 1975 at 94. He hated cars, didnt believe in the moon landing, tapped out his pipe ashes on the floor, and rapped my husbands fingers with his cane if he tried to change the channel when Don Messer was on. I also recently received pictures of Sandy as a young man, and his parents, as well. Feel free to contact me, as I have an indepth genealogy excerpt on the Fullartons, Lisa (Murphy) Fullarton
