I am searching for the ancestry of Benjamin WHITEHEAD of Prince William Parish York County whose will dated 24 Jan 1816 mentions three sons: Benjamin (" now in the United States of America"), Lyman and Turney and his wife Mehitible. I am attempting to establish the linkage between the WHITEHEAD families of Long Island NY and the WHITEHEAD families of Norfolk County ON. As far as I have been able to determine the Long Island trail stops with a Benjamin WHITEHEAD b. 1742 and the Ontario trail begins with a Benjamin WHITEHEAD b. USA c 1770 who immigrated to Norfolk about 1820. The elder Benjamin could be the testator of the will and the younger Benjamin his son. Can anyone help, please. Roger
