I do not have gobs of BREWER information, just ancestors who lived in the same vicinity as the BREWERS and the YERXAS. I do, however, have gobs of YERXA information. My husband descends from Rachel YERXA, daughter of the Loyalist John YERXA (originally JURCKSE and YERKES in NY) who was the progenitor of the YERXAS in New Brunswick. If you could be specific about which YERXA family you need, I would be glad to see what my files might yield. Irene

Irene, Thanks for replying to my email and I hope all is well now! I am researching the BIRD family who settled around Birdtown. I have a Francis BIRD, b abt 1843 or 1847, in Keswick who married Harriet YERXA, b abt 1850. It is possible Harriet is the daughter of a James YERXA. Francis and Harriet had the following children: Elizabeth Day BIRD, b abt 1872, James A. BIRD, b abt 1873, Woodward BIRD, b abt 1875, and Mary BIRD, b abt 1881.
