The 1861 Census information you provided was the breakthrough I needed. Isabella's parents were John and Elizabeth Gibson, born in Scotland and Presbyterian. The 1861 Census lists William Polleys as a stone mason. Isabella's father was also a stone mason. William became a gold miner at Quesnel Forks, BC.
