I have examined microfilms for the 1861 and 1871 census and couldn't find them, but many strips on these films were unreadable. (Moncton, Moncton Parish, Salisbury) Hopefully someone could kindly check published reports of the Westmorland 1861 & 1871 Census for me. A Saint John newspaper reports the death of their son Percy A Polleys at Moncton on 12 Dec 1875. The Moncton Times indicates William was in the Quesnel, B.C. area in 1876 working as a miner. B.C. directories list William at Quesnel Forks in 1893 and 1895. However, Elizbeth and one son appear to have returned to Moncton by that time.
