He had a brother Don and a few sisters.. one i think was named Edmay i believe. Alphonse had one son, Vernon Melanson, my grandfather who was a Navy Diver in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. He was born in 1928 and died in 1990. I believe my grandfather grew up in Bathurst New Brunswick. My Melanson history is lost and I'm desperate to find it! any insights at all would be appreciated!!
