As for your other post, without a date of death, I won't be able to find anything for you as I don't live near Moncton or the cemetery you mentioned. The death occurred yesterday morning at seven o'clock, at the home of her son, Mr. Charles G. Polleys, Lutz street, of Mrs. Isabella Polleys, after an illness which had extended over the past five or six years. Mrs. Polleys had been in delicate health all that time, due to a general breakdown on account of old age, and during the last few months had been steadily growing weaker, being confined to bed during the greater part of the time. The deceased lady was seventy-five years of age, and was well known throughout the city. She was a native of Moncton, being a daughter of the late John Gibson, and was the last member of a large family, there being no surviving brothers or sisters. Her husband, William Polleys, died in New York about six years ago. He was quite well known in Moncton, having resided in this city for about a year, and since his death, Mrs. Polleys had resided with her son here. Deceased is survived by two sons, Mr. Charles G., of this city, who has been promine! ntly identified with the Imperial Coal Co., and John W., who is located in Seattle, Wash.. The late Mrs. Polleys had been a member of the First Baptist church of this city for a great number of years, and was held in high esteem by a large circle of friends in this city, by whom she was beloved for her good Christian character. The funeral takes place this afternoon at two o'clock, from Mr. Polleys' residence on Lutz street. A short service will be conducted at the grave.
