For most users, the best thing is to go to a Service NB Land Registry offices - or contact one. But basically, as of early in 2009 ALL land registry documents for all counties are now databased. The indexes for all grantors and grantees are also entirely digitized. The fee for use at the Service NB Centres is (I believe) $15 for a half day use. Apparently only those with PLANET accounts can use the system from home computers. Then the actual documents of interest can be retrieved immediately - even if one is interested in some land document in Gagetown and one is in Sackville, etc. Tom Moffatt
