A couple of people pointed out that there was a St. John in New Brunswick and St. John's in Newfoundland. George's marriage record says "St. Johns NB" - with the "s", no apostrophe, but clearly indicated that New Brunswick was intended. That's why I posted it to this list. The naturalization record also says New Brunswick. Sorry I wasn't more clear about that.
