    3. Elizabeth and list, I wish I did, my husband's ALEXANDERs are stuck in VA about 1850, and I can't get past a certain brick wall. I generally disapprove of Surname lists on email lists as they mess up "searches" for years later for thousands of people. But I will use an very abbreviated form of query to list my Canadian lines here today, and will then submit them with the details as the time permits over the next months. While we're at it, I'll share just a smidgen of my internet mail list philosophy. While I am a member of other lists with rules that run to the 6th page, I have only one rule and one guideline for each of my lists. The Guideline is: This list is for genealogy and the discussion of anything related to that, leave all other stuff to other lists. And the lone Rule is: We MUST be nice to each other. The difference in the rule and the guideline is, I will remove a member immediately if personal attacks take place, no warnings. While if the discussion strays from genealogy, I will try very hard (and with many cautions) to bring it back to our main purpose here. Now to my lines: ALLEN, Frances Caroline (wife of John Alexander "George" MUNFORD) lived NB and NS. CAMPBELL, Nancy: Wife of William MUNRO, who died on ship on way to NB, do not know yet if she made it to NB, or just her sons did. GARNETT, Hannah 1804-1875 (has brothers John and William who lived in Wakefield, ENG, after she moved to Saint John w/husband George SCAMMELL) HEANS (Not my line, but married into my MUNRO line many, many times), Richard> Thomas > William J. 1831-1912, George James 1875-1918. This is a Saint John, St. John Co, NB line. LAKE, Eleanor 1796-1845 MONTFORD/MUNFORD, John Alexander "George"> Alice Louise 1858-1940. This line is in Portland, St. John Co., NB, and Sussex, NB and Amherst, Cumberland Co, NS. MUNRO, Donald> David> William> David R. 1784-1859> David Ransom 1830-1890> Donald Lapthorn 1859-1934> Hasseltine Sims 1886-1959: This line is in Saint John, St. John Co, NB for many generations. SCAMMELL, John> George 1803-1848 (Lived in Saint John, owner of Scammell Hotel, King St.) > Martha Ann 1838-1901 Happy Hunting in the New Year!
