Dear Libby, Thank you so much for this info on my ancestors. Gideon COREY was married to Abigail CLARK, daughter of Elisha CLARKE and Desire GARDNER, who were purported Loyalists who came to NB in 1783 from Rhode Island. This gives me lots more info than I had before. This Elisha CLARK is the son of Elisha CLARKE and Desire GARDNER, also of Rhode Island. He married Catherine SLIP abt. 1798. The Benjamin CLARK Sr. mentioned as one of the Executors is also a son of Elisha and Desire. I have copies of a paper on Benjamin where he was sworn-in as a surveyor for the Maine- New Brunswick Boundary Dispute. Both bits of information on these two wills have proven to me that these are definitely people in my direct line. Thank you for all of your help.
