Hi, I have a Catherine Burk of Miramichi, NB in 1853. Could someone tell me if it would be possible to come up with a parish for that town at that time, or is that a place that had several parishes back then? Not familiar with Miramichi, and could use some help. Would there still be available a census for that time period in that area? Thank you for reading this and any help, ideas offered.
