    3. hi Sandra, this is the New Brunswick list for Northumberland county....although we do have a Newcastle in New Brunswick and Ontario, did you mean to say New Brunswick?? Or is it Ontario you are looking for Palmer?? You can try the Canada Archives site, don't have the url......
