I am researching my husband's family from the Chatham area and would like to see if anyone is familiar with the names... WILLIAM AHERN/MARGARET THOMPSON married Nelson 1843...He from County Cork, Ireland, she from Scotland. WILLIAM AHERN/MARGARET MCMANUS (no marriage date) JOHN MURDOCK/MARY MORRIS married 5/14/1845 St. Michaels Church in Chatham Mary was born in England in 1824 I am especially curious of the Thompson and Mary Morris as I have no info on them. Jean: I am interested in the William Ahern, married 1843. (16 Jan 1843 according to notes sent to me) You say that William was from Co. Cork. I have a Michael O'Hearn (AHearn) who married Mary Carroll on 14 Nov 1824 at Bartibog Bridge. Michael was also from Cork, the son of Timothy O'Hearn and Joan Buckley. Is your William connected to this Michael? Sorry, but no info on the Thompson or Morris names.
