Many people are having problems because of the Hotmail bounces. I do not have an official statement on how to correct this problem though there are lots of conversations going on about it. What I have gathered (and no doubt someone somewhere will have more to say about all this) is that those of you using Hotmail accounts need to ensure that the Rootsweb Mailing Addresses are included in the Safe List in your security settings. As it appears that these bounces occur because Hotmail is treating the mail as spam, you will need to ensure that your account will accept the mail.
