What are the source records for the Grand Manan Marriages 1791-1929? I found a listing for M 2/11/1831 JOY,DANIEL GLEVENSOULOR, Jane ? . Daniel Joy b: Eastport 6/1/1800 d: Lubec 3/20/1881 is not listed in 1820/1830 US Census, but the 1850 US Census has: Daniel Joy 50 M Fisherman $200 RE Born ME Martha " 40 F Born NB Andrew J" 20 M Seaman Born NB Uriah C " 13 M Born ME in school Daniel " 9 M Born ME in school Solomon M" 8 M Born ME in school William Ingols 27 M Seaman Born NB Eli... " 18 F Born NB in school There were 2 Daniel's in Lubec the other Daniel (G) married in Maine. I had thought Martha's maiden name was Ingals/Ingols/Ingalls based on the 1850USC. I have Andrew Jackson Joy's birth as 7/25/1830. Thank's for adding these marriages. I wonder if this is my Daniel Joy. I think I need to view the source.
