A quote from Rev. Langmaid in the article, who held a special service Tuesday at the temporary home of the church, the St. George United Baptist Church, says; 'It's like a death. That's what the service was, a time to recognize that it's really about God and there's nothing on this Earth that we own that we'll be able to keep forever.' The only things salvaged were a few file cabinets that may contain some records, but most of the papers were burned, and the weather vane, which will someday be perched atop the new church.
