Subject: SULKOVEC-POLOM Anyone out there that might be interested in a book written about the area of the villages of Sulkovec and Polom located in the Highlands of MORAVIA. This 127 page book was witten by a college professor, Jana Pospisilova in 1999 for the Mayor of Sulkovec to be a document high-lighting the past and present of the area. The time period covered dates back to 1781. Some of the names mentioned in the book are: Straka, Prochazka, Ondracek, Jilek, Marecek, Subrt, Taubra, Kadlec, Janicek, Juren, Chalupnik, Totusek, Brenek, Koutny, Havel, Ambroz. The book is written in Czech. But hopefully it can soon be it translated into English. Maybe some of you out there that have an interest in this area of the Czech Repbulic might help with the cost of having it translated. Some of the things high-lighted in the book are: 1.
