I am writing this letter for a lady who is not on the internet. She has a very large amount of data on the Thomas McLaughlin family that moved from NH to the St.David Parish of Charlotte County in the late 1700s. She has a few questions arising from her research that she hopes someone may be able to answer. 1. The McLaughlin family married into a Scott family early on, but she would like to know where the Scott family originally came from? She also has an Adkins Scott born in Baillie in 1862 for whom she has no information. Who were his ancestors or possible descendants? 2. A John Morrison m. an Etta Roach in 1890. Were there any descendants? 3. Betty Hannan (daughter of Alex Hannan) married a Ralph Smith. Who was he? 4. Dorothy McLaughlin married a Virgil Smith. Who was he?
