I have added an article about the St. George Pulp and Paper Company. This was an article from a NB newspaper, dated March 7, 1949. I do not know the exact paper because the article was found in a scrapbook. I also included at the bottom of the article: Reminiscences of a former employee of the St. George Pulp and Paper Company. I found a reference to Thomas Phillips living on "great road" as a famer in St. George in 1867-68, according to the Hutchison's directory. My grandfather was William McCrum born in Port Hope, Ontario in 1849...his father was James McCrum from Ireland...they were linen makers over there, but James was a shoemaker. William married Margaret Wilcox, whose mother was Jane Parks. Jane (Parks) and James Wilcox were storeowners in Cremore, Ontario.

I have added a scanned document of christenings for July 22 & 23, 1804, performed by the rector of All Saints Anglican Church, St. Andrews. He also performed christenings in Schodic, and Dipper Harbour. You can find this on my main Churches and Cemeteries page under baptisms on line 18.
