Hello I am new to this group and am hoping someone may recognize the names above. I am starting research on my grandmother's family. If anybody has any information on the families I would be happy to hear from you. This is what I know : Her birth name was Maude Webster. She was born in Plumstead England in 1907 and her family emigrated to Canada (Winnipeg) that same year. She died in Toronto in 1990. Her father was Frederick Webster. He died in Winnipeg around 1926-29 Her mother was Eleanor Webster (maiden name Field). She died in Winnipeg around 1954-58 Maude married Jean Damhaut in Winnipeg in 1926 and they moved to Toronto around 1942-44. She had several siblings, the names I know are Sidney, Robert, Gertrude (married name Emek), Florence and Margaret. I am trying to find out first about my grandmother's parents and siblings.
