Hi Marg: Yeah, this Manitoba Vital Statistics is the longest wait I have ever experienced. I ordered stuff ages ago, or so it seems when you want to get rolling on your stuff and all you need is a certificate. Actually, it took about 2 months last time I ordered from them. They are quick to reject though :-) Saskatchewan is a quick and snappy if you're lucky enough. Hope to hear from you when it comes in. I will keep you informed of my stuff.
