It was likely part of the expanding city of wnpg, earlier known as Kelheau named after postmaster Kelly, namge chgd 1910. In parish of St Charles in wooded area. The Odd Fellows order grand lodge in Wngp was at 293 Kennedy St. The Odd Fellow s Home was in Charleswood built in 1922. The info comes from older reference, 1972, but look in phone lists should tell you if still there.
