    3. Good day list Is there SKS on the list that could look up a marriage record for me? I'm looking for the marriage between a Henry John GILLIS and Anna STANDRYCK (Ukrainian descent). Apparently they were married March 23, 1900 at 323 Bannatyne St. in Winnipeg, yet apparently that address was for store. Harry was either listed as Methodist or Episcopalian and was not found on the 1901 Winnipeg census. One problem is that Henry went by the names Harry John and Harry Jack. According to information obtained from his children's birth records, he could have been born in about 4-5 different places in Ontario from 1870 to 1874. His date of marriage, as per these documents, has ranged from 1900 to 1904, although his first child was born in 1901. His parents names are at this point unknown. On Harry's obit Anna's surname was given as STANDWICK. His obit also states that he was a member of the Winnipeg police for about 10 years, although when the police museum was contacted, they had no reference to him. Harry and Anna moved to the Dauphin district circ 1911. Bullmore's funeral home was in charge of the funeral arrangements but I have been unable to find them to see what other information they may have. We have possibly located Harry with a family living in Forest, Lambton Co., Ontario but in this instance he was going by the name Henry John. All clues seem to suggest that this may be the right family, except for the name reversal. I know that often "given" names were a reversal of what names the person actually used through his/her life. Locating their marriage record is the only way left to us to confirm if we have the right parents for Harry. Any help at all would be sincerely appreciated. Patricia Ottawa, Ontario
