The Canadian BDM Exchange is for Births or Baptisms, Deaths and Marriages on certificates registered in Canada. If there is an interest from the List, I can create a marriages and a births web page for Winnipeg District. Then any information like this that Jacki finds in the Free Press, I can post it there.
