Hello: Is there someone out there from Russell, Manitoba? I have been searching for a cemetery called Minniska and am told that my husband's gr.gr. grandfather is buried there. He was supposedly the first burial in that cemetery. He died in the fall of 1903. His name is Herman LOPTHIEN. I have searched all over the internet (cemetery sites, telephone directories, lists)as well as written to the Manitoba Genealogical society but have come up empty on all counts. I have also been told that Minniska Cemetery is in the Russell, Manitoba area. I am looking for a mailing address for this cemetery as I would like to request some records. Thanks for any help.
