Dear Sir: We have the name Fortney and have been told that they went to Winnipeg. They are not in the 1901 Census. They were in the Bruce County in Ontario. John Fortney born August 11, 1866, Ludwig or Louis born November 12, 1869 and Nicholas Fortney born September 21, 1874. These children were all born in Wellesley Township in Waterloo county. Any information on these names would be appreciated. We also have a Margaret Helle married April 14, 1885 in St. Leon's, Manitoba t6o Anthony Joseph Messner and Anthony dked and Margaret Hmarried a H.M. Sutherland and was in Manitoba.
