Felix Chenier was a member of the Manitoba legislature and worked in the Titles office in the late 1800's. He was also a native of St Hermas, Quebec & was born in 01/19/1843.He married Miss Marie Sarah Levina Poitras, 11/28/1871,daughter of Fabien Poitras of Belle Riviere, Quebec.
