I feel extremely lucky . I sent for a birth certificate and received an invoince within a couple of weeks. I did email though because the certificate wasn't here within 15 days like they say on the form. They told me 6-8 weeks. I had it within that time. I have just sent for 3 more 2 weeks ago and still don't have my invoice so maybe they are getting backed up now. I also agree on how different provinces are. I live in B.C. now and have found getting info so easy. My home province of Manitoba seems a little greedy and wants money for something we could get off the internet and library like here. Gets kinda expensive. Coralynn in B.C.
