There is a little problem looking for those censuses in Lisgar. Each census is listed under a different name. In 1881 it was in Marquette, in 1891 in Selkirk and 1901 in Lisgar. You see Lisgar was originally near Winnipeg. and Marquette convered that area of SW Manitoba. Than Selkirk covered it than Selkirk and Lisgar traded names and area's. So it depends what year you wish to look in each area. I know as I had quite a time looking up my family at Pilot Mound. The one thing that seams consistant was the name of the Municiplatity but they changed boundries also but to a more limited amount. Hugh
