There is a Family History Centre in Winnipeg. It is located at 45 Dalhousie Drive in Fort Garry, near the University of Manitoba. The telephone number is 261-4271. They have fairly limited hours, although last time I checked they were open a couple of evenings a week. I would recommend calling them directly for hours of opening.
