I don't know how useful it will be to members of this listserve but I was already planning to go to Elmwood to take some more grave pictures. The only problem is I won't be doing this until July of this year. The area of the cemetery in danger is really obvious (on the edge of a huge cliff overlooking the river) and I would be happy to record for everyone the family names on any graves in danger. If your ancestor is in one of the endangered gravesites I think the City of Winnipeg would be your only recourse. I can also try to take a very limited number of pictures of graves when I visit Elmwood in July and email scanned images.
