Hello there - I'm new to this list and would like to post my interest in the following surnames - ROBINSON, CARTER and ALDERSON. My great grandfather Henry ROBINSON retired from the British Army in the 1890s and when my grandfather married in England in 1910 his parents were described as being of Winnipeg, Canada. I understand that the 1901 Canadian census is accessible but can I get to it online to try and see if he had arrived there by then? Are there any other sources I could try for Canada?
