I had an occasion this past summer to order a copy of a marriage Cert from Rupertsland Diocese for a marriage in 1908, and I had the document within 3 days of ordering it. I happened to be in Wpg at the time so I just picked it up. I am sure that they would even have it in the mail within the same time period. They were really helpful when I called.
