My Great Grandmother ARAMINTA MABER and her husband were living at the CORNWALL HOTEL, Winnipeg in the 1890's. The family emigrated to Canada from England after 1891. I heard that the Cornwall Hotel was demolished but wonder if anyone knows anything about it or if there are any photographs of it. It is a coincidence that my Great Grandmother was born in Cornwall, England. Did it mean she started the Hotel and named it after the place of her birth ? Any help appreciated.
