Hello Bette, This book is under copyright, Canada, 1925, by the Canadian Publicity Co. I have no idea about copyright laws or if they still hold the copyright or if the company is still in business. Anybody can check this book out of the library though and has access to this same information and what they do with it is none of my business. I believe relatives "own" their own family's information myself and as long as no one is making money on it and you can't buy the book new in the store it should be fine. Maybe someone knows more about this than me and can let us all know.
