President, Reston Agricultural Society. President, Sinclair Local, U.F.M. Member, Masonic Fraternity. Anglican. Progressive. On the reserve of the Canadian Militia with the rank of captain. Address, Sinclair, Man. McNeill: Lachlan, Commissioner of the Manitoba Farm Lands Association, Provincial Government of Manitoba. Son of John and Agnes (Thompson) McNeill. Born in Bruce County, Ont., February 11, 1869. Married Miss R.L. Lemox, June 10, 1908. Was educated at the public schools of Ontario. Farmed in Ontario. Came to Manitoba, 1901.; engaged with Canadian Pacific Railways Land's Department; in 1906 entered the firm of Osler, Hammond & Nanton (Mortgage Dept.); remained until 1917 when he was offered and accepted the position he now holds.
