He was born in Winnipeg 1880 move to Wood Bay (Near Pilot Mound) at four months of age and lived out the rest of his life on that farm. I see many other people that I know were they lived and Manitou Darlingford does not come into it. I know there was some dispute between the authers and or the publishers between the people paying to have there names in that book. I don't know exactly what it was but think it had something to do with them being recorded in the wrong district. I know Daddy had paid to have his name recorded in that book and he was very dissadisfied with what came out in it. So I think one should take the info there with a grain of salt and use it only as a guide. Well I've had my say. Hugh
