Educated at Halifax Normal School; Ladies' College, Halifax; Emerson College of Oratory. Pupil of Miss Noyes, Oscar Eagle (Paris). Miss Mitchell graduated from Emerson in 1906; taught at Mount Allison University for six years; came to Winnipeg, 1912, where she has taught expression to a large and growing clientele of pupils; her success entitles her to be ranked as one of the leading teachers of Canada.
