Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/mNC.2ACE/2086.1.1.1 Message Board Post: i have no ideal if it's the same person or not the only information i have on my grandmother came off her death certifacate. her name is ethel m. bailey born6/7/1925 georgia her father was Shunzy/shungy bailey from westpoint,ga her mother Winnie/minnie Sumners/Summers or something like that from Alabama. she was married to Roscoe Bell from Bartow,Ga they lived in Chicago,IL. until her death. she died aug. 1947 when my mom was about 15month old she had a son named Jimmie i think jimmie had to be about 3 or 4 when she died. my mom name is ethel also. my mom was raised by her father family . so we don't know anything about her mom family which is winnie sumners and shungy bailey. i don't even know if they were married or not. so i been looking for any african american sumner/sumners family who had a daughter named winnie/minnie or with a name that sound and look that way.
