Eileen, The book is printed in 1906 so it might be earlier than you are looking for. The one Cunningham entry is for Henry Clarkson Cunningham, MD. He was a physician at Carman MB, b. 25 Jan 1864 in Kingston, ON, son of Henry Cunningham and Catherine Anning.
