Barb - I have a copy of "Stonewall, Turning a Century", printed in 1978, and a rather battered old copy of "Rockwood Echoes". printed in 1960. (Actually the latter is more than battered - someone must have dropped it while reading in the bathtub, and some pages are stuck together.) Neither of the books is indexed, alas, but given time I could scan them for your surnames. I remember a lovely old stone house in which the STRATTON family lived - probably your Strattons?. Also, in case anyone else is researching my family: SAMUEL JACOB JACKSON, founder of Stonewall, and his wife IDA ISABEL CLARK, were my great grandparents.
