I am looking for information on a great-uncle Thomas S. Dougall, who was a railroad engineer. Born in 1879, lived in Winnipeg, so could have been working about 1900-1945 period. I don't know which railroad. I recall recently somebody asking the list if it was possible to find out any information from railroad about former employees. Could that person please tell me what the answer was, or is there an archive for this list?
