"Suddenly on May 4, 1977 at his residence, Rudolf Edward Gering, aged 68 years, of 757 McMillan Ave.. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. John's Lutheran Church, Grahamdale, Man. with Rev. K. H. Reitze officiating. Interment in the Hope Cemetery. Rudolf was born March 22, 1909 in Winnipeg, He lived and farmed in the Grahamdale District until moving to Winnipeg in 1975 where he resided with his sister. Surviving are one sister Clara Kulman of Winnipeg; five brothers, Albert of Winnipeg, Walter, Robert and Roy, all of Faulkner, Man. and Earl of Grahamdale. Predeceased by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Gering and by one brother, Gus. Pallbears will be Fred Gering of Winnipeg and Gorden Gering and Ralph Gering, of Faulkner, Larry Gering of Moosehorn, Ewin Gibson of Faulkner and Stan Zdrill of Faulkner.
