I'm still looking for descendants of Patrick GALLAGHER who was a prominent butcher and wholessale meat supplier in Winnipeg from 1880s until his death in 1901. Is anyone familiar with this family? GALLAGHER Street in Winnipeg was named for him. Patrick's son, Cornelius, born 1854 and died 1907 was the mayor of Alberta in the late 1890s and ownded a significant amount of land in Alberta called the GALLAGHER Flats. Anyone familiar with this?
