"Suddenly on May 3, 1977 at El Monte, Calif., John Stoyan, aged 78 years beloved husband of Mrs. Sophie Stoyan and dear father of Mrs. June Hanaway. Mr. Stoyan had been a resident of El Monte for some 26 years. Besides his loving wife and daughter, he leaves to mourn his passing, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 9 at Mordue Bros. Funeral Home, Broadway and Edmonton,. Rev. D. McCrindle will officiate. Interment to follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
