Answers to Dees questions concerning my previous request for cemetery transcription help repeated below BHC is a British Home Child, children, sometimes orphans sent from England to Canada supposedly to find a better live in Canada usually as an indentured servant often on farms. Many htiusands were sent over between 1870-1930. And yes I guess I mean Elmwood Cemetery because I know it is in Winnipeg ----- I just subscribed. I know that Frederick MILLS and his wife Margaret (Maggie) MCAndrews are buried at Ellwood cemetery.(Elmwood?) in Winnipeg I wondered if anyone has a transcription list for this cemetery who could help me find out the inscriptions for these two below, or even the exact dates for:: MILLS, Frederick (Fred) William b 1879 Eng. died Winnipeg c 1956 and his wife MILLS, Margaret Ellen(nee McAndrew) born London c 1886, died Winnipeg 1950 The couple married in Russell in 1916. They were probably Anglican.
